Purchases of Products and Services

Transfer of Title. Prices are FOB Axenia BioLogix’s dock. This means that the risk of loss and title for products you order from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. State sales tax will be added to your order where applicable.

Payment Terms. Axenia BioLogix requires advanced payment for all orders, unless a customer has been approved for credit. Please contact us if you are interested in establishing a credit account with our company.

Pricing & Currency. All pricing is quoted in US currency ($US) and is subject to change without notice.

Intended Use. All Axenia BioLogix’s products are intended for laboratory or further manufacturing use only. Our products are not intended for therapeutic purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranty. We guarantee that every product you purchase will meet our descriptions and specifications. If you are dissatisfied upon receipt of your order, we’ll do what it takes to make it right. While Axenia BioLogix takes great care in the manufacture of our products, it is commercially impossible to detect all errors and imperfections. Therefore, no other warranty is given, and all affirmations, samples or models made or shown are for illustrative purposes only. THE ABOVE WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Indemnification. You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Axenia BioLogix, its affiliates and licensors, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Notice Specific to Documents Available on this Site

Permission to use documents such as white papers, press releases, Certificates of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheets and any FAQs (“Documents”) provided on this Site is granted provided that (a) the copyright notice “© 2010 Axenia BioLogix LLC” appears on all pages of all copies of any such Document, (b) use of such Documents is for informational and non- commercial or personal use only and shall not be copied or posted on any network computer or broadcast in any media, and (c) no modifications to the Documents of any kind are made.
